No doubt the highlight of any trip to St Vincent and the Grenadines is making the strenuous trek through St Vincent's lush rainforest and volcanic ridges to the rim of La Soufrière , St Vincent's active volcano in the north of the island. Beyond St Vincent, the more than thirty islands that make up St Vincent and the Grenadines have largely not been affected by tourism, and this fact makes them a superb destination for adventurous sun-seekers, snorkellers, divers and yachters.
